小楹(藍花楹) 情緒陪伴聊天機器人 角色人設與功能共創工作坊

當代大學生在校園生活中，時常因課業壓力、情感困擾、個人未來發展規劃等長期處於心理負荷量過多與能量耗盡狀態，本研究前期訪談結果中顯示，受訪者普遍在日常生活中期待有具備情感溫度與情緒回應的AI陪伴工具，以利協助分擔生活壓力與情緒支持。相比以往，並非只有單一功能的資訊提供與回覆。根據訪談結果，設計工作坊進一步理解參與者期待中的需求，結合藍花楹意象和大學生的情感，以課業、人際互動、未來規劃等痛點，探索以Google AI Studio進行雛型設計開發的陪伴型聊天機器人 - "小楹 (Little Jaca / Jacaranda)，著重於心理支持，降低使用者和AI的互動距離，建立具備陪伴感的使用體驗。 University students often experience emotional exhaustion from academic pressure, relationship concerns, and uncertainty about the future. Based on interviews and a co-creation workshop, this study aims to propose an AI companion chatbot prototype - "Little Jaca (Jacaranda)" that provides emotional support, reduces the perceived distance between users and AI, and fosters a stronger sense of companionship.
